The sound of the solo of "Time" is beautiful on the original album.
On "Pulse" is different!
I invite those who do not know the original album listen.

...And listen to the vinyl version with adequate equipment...

Pink Floyd is one example where modern digitalization and computer speakers really change things. The Pink Floyd sounds in my memory (coming from numerous plays with sort of hifi-gear) are different from what I usually hear nowadays.

And, of course, this is a very subjective opinion.

+1 Jmattis,
I listen to vinyl on a set HiFi Philips 1980 (ampli AH 384 2x45W) quadraphonic!
It's really pure happiness! :D

Huge Gilmour nerd here. :D Favorite player of all time.

Right now I’m seriously digging his current BlackStrat tone. If you like his original DSOM tone on time check out this. Very reminiscent of the old days. Live at Gdansk is amazing if you haven't checked it out.
