About a month ago I ordered a footswitch from Voodoo man for my Triamp. This dude is taking forever!!!

I hate it when someone takes your money, then decide to take all the time in the world to get you the product.

Here's how the timeline looks so far:

Aug-2: ordered footswitch
Aug-5: money cleared
Aug-7: received email my order is confirmed
Aug-22: received email my order has been processed
Aug-31: not a word since

So correct me if I'm wrong, but if the money was taken on the 2nd/5th. Isn't that considered processing the order? Something tells me the rest of the timeline will look like this:

Sept-7: packaging order
Sept-15: putting order in box
Sept-22: processing order
Sept-28: writing address on box
Oct- 10: error in address, writing correct address on box
Oct- 23: walking box to mailbox
Nov- 5: tripped on rock, broke leg, now wheelchairing order to mailbox
Nov- 13: wheel fell of wheelchair on way to mailbox. Crawling box to mailbox.
Nov-28: order shipped
Dec- 6: box return to sender, not packaged good enough. Repackaging order.
Dec- 15: putting order in box.
Dec- 20: processing order
Dec- 24: writing address on box
Dec- 25: Will be closed through the holiday through Jan 3rd. All orders will be reprocessed after the holiday. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Actually it's even worse than I thought.

As far as I'm concerned, this guy has completely ripped me off. No word from him so far after numerous emails and phone messages. NOTHING!

Which is about what I can expect in return. This guy will just take your money and run. Stay FAR away from VOODOOMAN SWITCHES, SWITCH KING, and BLACK LABEL SWITCHES. It's all the same thief.

Now you know that making purchases without checking the reputation first can be costly.

Also a Google for "voodoman james britt" will tell you all you need to know.
i suggest you get your card holder to reverse the charges. Several people have filed police reports, but that doesn't seem to do much to stop this guy.

I'm usually pretty good about that. The guy has a bunch of pedals on eBay. But that's protected with Paypal. His website isn't. That's where you get hosed.
