Just wondering what everyone has planned vacation wise (if any) for this summer with family, friends, etc.

I'm posting from Ocean City, MD. right now and am about to head up to the pool.

Guilty pleasure. I'm going to disney in 4 days..haven't been there in ages  (Before you unleash the dogs on me, bear in mind that I'm merely 19. It still has some "kid forever" appeal to me there.)

Going home to Texas for two weeks. My wife's family lives in West Texas and my family lives in East Texas a little over 800 miles apart.

we went to Disney in November, so that was our big trip for the year...even though November was last year. But a week trip to Disney for 6 people adds up. anyway, i'm helping out at this one camp at the end of July, and babysitting every week, and some other kids camps that i'm helping out with. OH! and next week my sister and mom and I are going to Creation Fest!! It's like the Woodstock of Christian music. Skillet, Pillar, Switchfoot, and some others like that will be there...

Staying at home doing on online physics course from now until August 6th so I'll only have to take 12 credit hours in the all as opposed to 16....The course is okay, though I spend about 4 hours a day on it... :x

I have a 2nd home in the Sierra mountains in California, in the middle of a national forest (just south of Lake Tahoe). So I really don't do "vacations". I spend a lot of my time (somtimes weeks at a time) in the mountains, fishing, hiking, jamming on guitar with some friends, going to concerts, etc. In a way, it's like a vacation. And my only cost is the gas to get there.

I find that more relaxing than formal "Vacations".

With the price of gas being $4.50 a gallon any vacation time we end up with this year will be spent at home.
