I wouldn't worry -- as I said previously we have a BUNCH of these in stock;l truthfully TOO many if you ask me. It'll take a while to sell through them all and I'll definitely need everyone's help to do so as again, that's the ticket to doing greater/bigger stuff in the future.

Great! I'll be gone for about a week, to a week and a half, with no puter access. So I'll check the merchandise section of the site to see if maybe........just maybe......there will be two medium sizes left. If not......guess I'll just have to cry myself to sleep.......(so far, everyone seems to be asking for the larger sizes)

Any minute now the floodgates will open.

its been a fun ride watching it all come together, I hope to have one for an upcoming Blues event at the end of August.

I keep checking the Merchandise area of this site to see if they are up for sale yet.

Our merch guy photographed the 'prototype' shirt today, and we're just waiting for the shipping warehouse to show inventory on these SKU's in our underlying business system. Should occur any day now.

I brought the proto shirt home this evening and gave it a wash. Forewarned my wife that she'll no doubt be seeing me in it a lot. :-) In fact, we have our big annual employee meeting and Fender Hall of Fame induction ceremony tomorrow afternoon and I think I'll wear it for that! Very nice, beefy tee and the screen came out fantastic.

Re: James Burton

I used to suffer Ozzies 'dumb-o' sweaters and ties just to watch this guy play.

He was the first person I ever saw playing a Rickenbacker....long before The Beatles. I remember going into Manny's on 48th Street back then and asking Henry..."Who makes that guitar with the long horns that Burton was playing on TV. He said: "Sounds like Rickenbacker!"

The "prototype" for the shirts is in the house!!! Just had it in my paws a bit ago, and it'll be photographed today. Fantastic looking shirt, I'm very happy with how it came out. So ... yes, we are right around the corner here!

.....can you address my inquiry about having our names imprinted.
Might that be an option????

Doc :?

Doc:

I definitely like the idea and that might be something we can look at for a future project -- for this first one I wanted to keep it dirt simple and not require too much customization of our existing 'engine,' if you know what I mean. If we can prove that there's pent-up demand here based on this first simple project, that will give much more credence to pursuing more creative, adventurous projects in the future ...

Dude! We have to have pictures of you in the Proto shirt! It is a moral imperative! And they have to be posted here first! We need to see Brad sportin' the new FLF shirt at the Fender HOF! That would be classic!
