Due to circumstances, today was our first band-rehearsal since I got the Princeton recording Amp. I was very excited about how this would work out - and I was not disappointed!!
My guitarsound came through the mix both as clean and distorted and the guys loved it ! The volume was set to 4-5, and activated the attenuator most of the time , just a touch to keep the level and sound as needed.
Interesting to hear our bass player (who also is a quite good guitarist) told me that he had owned 2 different original Princetons, one from -74 and one from -77- as he could recall.
In his opinion this one sounded WAY better than both of them! To my big surprise, I will say.
Next gig is in two weeks - a rather big location in our scale. I think we will have a rather good PA, so guess it will do with my new little pet 8)
I am a bit excited at how it will work if the sound engineer wants to try the "Line Out"
I would guess it's better using a mike.....
Well, thanks for your attention- have nice day ( or a good night) :D
