Remember when these guys were always the top 2 slingers, the magazines used to vote them top dog year after year. ( This post brought up some good memories, thanks ).

It was the Beatles, though they seem kind of lame now. Then it was Cream.

Paul McCartney, Paul Goddard, Geezer Butler, Chris Squire, Tommy Caldwell, Geddy Lee, James Jamerson, Leon Wilkerson, Gene Simmons (oddly enough), and Ron Wood (yes, I said Ron Wood) to name a few.
I've been inspired to play by famous guys and people you've never heard of, too!

i got my first and only electric guitar which is a Fender Strat in 1998, age 25
i just simply like the sound but did not know how to play (electric) at that time.
it started only as hobby, i later also started to play drums around age 28 or 29, started by jamming studio practise first.
one month before i turn 30, i realise that i will not have a good future in factory line due to not so high paper qualification, and wanted to give music a try, i bought my drumset soon after setting this new direction.
i carried on with my factory job and started to take part in competitions. my first competition was also my first time on stage and it was a national level music performance competition (at age 31). I did not win due to lack of experience. later i tried a few other international competition hoping to get a chance for opportunity into music line but until now still nothing fruitful
