Not that this might help but it appears to be if my memory serves from back in audio theory crossover design a simple 12db per octave 2 way zobel cross over network. All the parts (coils, caps and resistor) are common so as long as you know the values should be very easy to replicate.

PARTS EXPRESS should have a replacement crossover for you. I have bought two from them in the past as well as many other items.
