Are there any songs that have enhanced or ruined a movie that you can think of. Or are there any movies that have enhanced or ruined a song for you.

(My mistake the food one didn't work out too well, too distant maybe. I'll try that one again around Thanksgiving or something).

GO...

Evan Almighty ruined "Revolution" by the Beatles. Well I guess it wasn't the movie's fault it was probably actually Rascal Flatts' fault but still. They TOTALLY ruined the song!!!!

I got a pretty good kick out of "Age of Aquarius/Let the Sun Shine" at the end of The 40 Year Old Virgin. Correll can't sing but it was a hoot to hear.

Wow, haven't thought about that in quite a while. Ringo as Larry the Dwarf! His mission? Insert the light into the Nun played by Keith Moon! Yeah, that was good stuff.

Yes, it is. What made it special to me is that I am a big fan of Brian Setzer (who does an excellent version of Sleepwalk by the way) played Eddie Cochran in La Bamba. Brian is a big fan of Eddie.

Another great one was Busey as Buddy Holly. Man he nailed it.

I loved the opening with Bob riding his motorcycle to the tune of Diddley's "Who Do You Love" man, that was brilliant.

Had a chance to grab that movie on DVD at Target for 5 bucks, for some reason I just passed on it.

I was watching The Life Aquatic last week for the first time and halfway through I realized that the one guy was singing nothing but David Bowie songs in another language the whole time. (Portugese, i think.) That made me like the movie quite a bit more.
