Okay,...now,but do you have to be logged into both the forum and Photobucket at the same time in order to do this? I wonder if that is why I may be having so much trouble getting it to post,...but I don't know for sure. I haven't done anything like this or in this way for so long,...I'm used to using email to send photos.

When you've uploaded the photo to the bucket, select the photo and you will have this menu toward the top right ish of the screen, copy the link that has the tick:

Paste into thread and as if by magic (as per the photo above) it will show :)

Failing that, drop me a pm with your email and we can get the photos up one way or another.

I'll give it a shot, but don't be surprised if you get a PM with my email address! Thank you much!

My thanks to Nick for helping me get these photos posted! You guys enjoy them! I LOVE that amp,...it is a big step up from the Hot Rod amp I still have! I'm keeping the Hot Rod amp,but it won't be played as much now that I have my '59 Bassman LTD Vintage Reissue amp. Many of you already know this, but I sold a fishing boat to buy that Bassman amp. I don't miss the boat at all! It was getting expensive to run and that is why I wasn't using it much anymore,...so I got rid of the damn thing! :D

Tidy amp, and the strat is damned tasty too!

How do you find the HotRod Deluxe? I'm toying with the idea of selling on my Engl and going for either the Blues Deluxe or the HotRod Deluxe.

The newest edition of the Hot Rod Deluxe(Version III)is really nice with the upgrade to the Celestion speaker among a few other small upgrades. I can't speak for the older versions, but some,...not all,...had some issues from what I have read read about them on these forums. Mine's doing fine, but now that I have my Bassman,my HRD III may not see as much use now.

My Strat and my Bassman look like they were made for each other,...perhaps they were!
That Strat sounds much better through that amp than it does through the Hot Rod amp!
I'm serious,...it really does! :D

That sounds great KC9SYJ, I plug straight into mine some times just to savor the awesome clean tones, but most of the time I use a Fulltone OCD Drive pedal, and I gotta say this pedal sounds amazing with it.

If I should ever decide to use some sort of an effect pedal on my Bassman,it will most likely only be a reverb pedal since the Bassman does not have reverb,...but then again,...I may not,...I'd just as soon enjoy her as she is,...W/O reverb! If I want reverb,I'll fire up the Hot Rod amp!

I wasn't expecting you to post that one,Nick      ,but that's very kind of you to help out a fellow musician,...and to that I say a big "Thank You". When I emailed you that pic,I was mainly sharing it between you and I. But then again,...why not let the rest of the gang on here see my guitar and amp collection starting up. I need at least two more Strats!   Now,...if I just new how to play "Wonderful Tonight" on that Strat through that Bassman,...I KNOW it would sound good! :D :D

Sorry fella :D

We all need more Strats :) Wonderful Tonight...there is a bitter sweet song for me. I used to love learning that song, but developed a long term hate to hear it because it was played at my dads funeral. I've only just got to the point of being able to hear and play it again. It's a great song to play, full of emotion and lovely arpeggios.

Bet it sounds divine through the Bassman!

I presume you're posting on a PC? If so, and you are happy to, I am more than happy to run a remote connected session and show you how it's all done and see if we can figure out where it's failing for you :) If happy to, grab teamviewer 6 and we can sort a mutually convenient time to sort it :)
