You don't get something for nothing ...
You won't get freedom for free.

You won't get wise ...
With the sleep still in your eyes...

No matter what your dream might be.

I don't think trying once with no success is enough to quit, though  None of us would have otherwise been playing guitars in the first place

Has anyone ever tried something like this? I am really interested in what you have to say

Me being the rationalist and the skeptic I am, I can't say whether this would work. People do walk while sleeping and talk while sleeping so some sort of brain activity is going on (as proven by the researches in medicine), but could we actually use that to our own advantage and channel the activity to achieve a certain goal?

I will probably try it, it can't hurt. Although my insomnia definitely won't help the cause as I might find myself awake all night long while I am trying to fall asleep and doing body movements in my mind

Great topic as it would be very hard to prove such a thing as "Practicing guitar while sleeping", heck some scientists can't explain why we sleep at all!

Exactly. And it's not like there's no brain activity while sleeping - there is. Just imagine the endless possibilities if it could be channeled. :)

Well, I guess I'll try it out for almost a week then. Will report back ASAP!
