Very good point. I think that I'll get a new case to store it, and keep the old case empty. That's what my brother has done with the P Bass in the pic.

I do play it a little, but I want to keep it in the same condition it is in. It was the guitar my dad played with his band that opened up for a lot of bands in the 60s. The only pic I could find of the guitar, and he's not holding it (he's to the right in the back with a saxophone)
