Is the Hot Rod DeVille worth the $100 more than the Hot Rod Deluxe? I want to buy one of them, but I'm not sure which one to get. It'll be the last amp I get for awhile, so I want to make a good choice. Thanks in advance.

Obviously the Deville will have more clean headroom at higher volumes than the Deluxe. It really depends on how much power you need.

The DeVille has more power. I believe that they come in either 4x10 or 2x12

I've been G.A.S.ing for a Hot Rod Deville. That amp rocks! The 4x10's sound really great.

My drummer has the Deville 2X12 and I love it. I use it for all our shows. Way back when I was getting an amp of my own, I looked at both the Hot Rod Deluxe and the '65 Deluxe Reverb Re-Issue, and I went with the '65 DRRI. I think the Deville is a definite upgrade over the Deluxe.
