Hello everyone, I'm looking to experiment the use of a capo on my Strat for the curiosity of it. I searched the archives and found nothing yet that would help me, so here's the question. I learned that Shubb, Kyser and G7 are good products (as per the archives, Red Paul 03-17-2008), but which from all the makers you know from actual use can whitstand benbings and let the strings stay in tune? A hint could be something like the one Albert Collins used. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance Claude.

I'm not sure how Albert did it, but Jimmie Vaughan uses 2 capos on the same fret to keep his strings in place.

Hi FirstMeasure, thanks for the quick reply and I must say it is quite an unusual idea but also a clever trick. The next time I'm in a music store I'll give it a try. Thanks again. Claude.
