Guitar, slide guitar (I consider them different instruments), harmonica/harp, vocals.

I am also a bass owner, mandolin owner and keyboard owner.

Notice I didn't say I could play them well--I just own and jack around with those instruments...I can play a few simple tunes on each of those instruments (and I have played bass all evening at a few jams and informal gigs), but I am not accomplished by any means or definition of the word.

Guitar, bass guitar. So I'll guess that is a no. :D

I play guitar mostly but can get by on keys, harp, auto harp, bass and drums pretty well but I also dabble in mandolin, recorder, and ukulele.I also have a couple of old East Indian made reed flutes that I can get a few tunes out of-if I can find them in the jumble/jungle of a music room that I have.

Wow... Lots of people on here play more than just guitar(s)!

Out of my collection (as seen in the original thread), the two main instruments that I are my strongest, and the ones that I've been playing since age 10 (4th grade) are: Trumpet and guitar. But over the years, guitar has become stronger than trumpet, probably due to me losing a bit of my upper range on trumpet.

If/When I ever get myself back out there and either join a band or form one of my own, it will have a horn section! There is just something about a rock band with horns jamming along in a counter melody! 8)

Here's a few of my favorite "horn songs"....

Ides Of March - Vehicle

Chicago - Call On Me

Earth Wind & Fire - September

Man.....Earth, Wind, and Fire, and Chicago, two of my favs. How about those outfits. SWEET. Made me think of one of my other favs, 5th Dimension . Horns weren't as prominent but, Marilyn McCoo, DAMN, I had a serious thing for her. Hard to believe she is 70. Still looks great.

Put some strings on it, and I'll try to play it and write a song idea with it. Whether or not I'm actually skilled with it, other than a bass guitar, that would be up for debate. :P

It is just fun to tinker around with stuff outside of the normal instrument zone. If I could, I'd have a room full of odds and ends. The strangest thing I've ever tried to mess with was a sitar. Some dude I used to be in a band with had one in his apartment and I attempted to play it one time. It seemed rather unwieldy to me at the time.

Do you mean playing multiple instruments at the same time, i.e. harmonica holder and guitar. I don't know too many people that could pull that off. I have this thing where I go from instrument to instrument but I, like quit playing the previous instrument and only play the next instrument. Yeah I can't walk on gum that I'll chew later, uh. :|

I did a cover of "San Francisco Bay Blues" with 12 string acoustic, harmonica, kazoo, and I sang vocals. All that was missing was a bass drum and a high hat, that I could have played with each foot. 8)
