I went with a buddy to see Return to Forever last Friday night...
These guys are amazing! I'm not a huge jazz / fusion fan, but to see these four guys play live was mind boggling. It's the first time I had seen Stanley Clarke and Al DiMeola play live.

Definitely has inspired me to take my practice time more seriously.

They are amazing aren't they? I started listening to them in the mid 70's. Other fusion bands worth listening to are Weather Report, Mahavishnu Orchestra. It's that kind of talent you'll never find on the radio.

Their Romantic Warrior turned me to them. They are awesome.

Great musicianship in all of the different versions of this band. I saw them in the 70's with Steve Gadd on drums.

+1 on Romantic Warrior and also liked the "live" recording ('77?)
