well there was this girl band, Point of Grace, who went to this one church that some relitaves of ours go to, and they were like my first "real band" that I listened to.

Point of Grace-I really love their music!

My first big concert was Three Dog Night,Macon,GA March 1972. We sat on the 7th row and the tickets were $6.00 each. After the tickets were bought the next day a concert was announced in the Atlanta paper-Elvis in Macon and tickets were $6 and $10. After my parents decided they would spend the money for an Elvis ticket well you know what happened...all the Elvis tickets had been sold. TDN did put on an awesome show and too bad I didn't have a chrystal ball since I did see TDN in 1976 after I moved to Greenville,SC.

First show was the Deftones, Incubus and Taproot in 2001, the last one was All That Remains, Chimaira and Black Tide in March... best bands I've seen were Pearl Jam and Damageplan, Dimebag was awesome.

Probably Rod Stewart in the Maggie May days; say 71 or 72; he had others that opened for him that were cool too but the smoke got in my eyes and numbed my brain; the Boone's Farm wasn't any help either I'm sure.
It was at the Akron "Rubber Bowl" the stadium built for the Acme (a local grocery chain at the time yes really called ACME like in the Road Runner cartoons) ZIPS (the pinicle of zero?) football team and well the name was good cause they rarely won anything.

Tokyo Police Club last month. They're a Newmarket (close to Toronto) indie band. Sort of local for the Toronto people (me). Was a great show.

Hey, I was at that concert as well! Cactus, I think, opened the night. I was actually there to see Badfinger and got pissed becuase the crowd was (IMO) too noisy during the acoustic numbers.

Blue Oyster Cult 71 or 72. I had chemically induced amnesia right around that time. I can remember events but still fuzzy on dates and times.
