I'd love to take you up on that, but at nearly 5 bucks for diesel, and a 6 hour drive, I'll have to pass.

Is today Friday??????? Gee, I never know what day it is......Every day seems like a Saturday to me, since I retired.

So far, I took my son to San Francisco for a follow up doctor's visit, after a surgery a couple of days ago (he can't drive till he gets better). Then.....The dog kept staring at me.........so I took her for a walk.......now I'm on the puter. The rest of the day.......I'll do whatever I'm in the mood for. (so nice to be retired......no school........no job........)

Dang, Chet! That sounds like a hell of a way to start a Friday!
And all I did was get up and check my email, and now I'm here listening to my iPod on my speakers.
I want lasanga and tacos... :P

I can do one better.......I can open up a can of Dinty Moore beef stew or a can of chili and eat it right out of the can. Saves on cooking AND dishes. My wife gets mad at me when I do such things......

Woke up at 3:30pm (bodyclock is on nightshift pattern due to work)

Took the dogface out for a walk

Sat in the garden till about 6 with my acoustic, enjoyed the sun and read a bit of a book (7 years in tibet by Henrich Henner)

Started packing for this weekend, I'm going camping :D Made sure the tent was all cool.

Had dinner, then came on the net, which brings me to now.. Just listening to a bit of Lightnin' Hopkins and browsing my regular haunts :)

Well, I've only been awake for an hour so I'm not sure yet. My back hurts. I'm drinking coffee and reading the forum so it's not that bad at all I guess.

Today was my last day of school, so now I'm officially a senior and I'm somewhat excited. I hung out with friends the rest of the time (swimming, volleyball, movies, etc.) So I had a great Friday.
