I have been Screamin' Armadillo on this board for almost seven years and close to 4000 posts. Now, all of the sudden, I cannot log on to that username.

The site insists that I am Screamin Armadillo (note the lack of " ' "), and I have no posts.

So I'm here again, with a misspelled name. :|

Howdy!

I'm sure Brad can make things right. Bummer!

Have you tried logging in using capital first letters? The login is case sensitive. Hope that helps!

That sucks!

Now you'll have to start out by posting a bio in the "introductions" section.

Password is case sensitive.. Maybe you got it wrong? :)

Either way, doesn't matter- post numbers don't mean a thing really.. Everyone knows who you are :)

Oddly enough I just had to do a password reset because I'm on a brand new computer here and I forgot my login details.

Did you try using the password reset link on the login page?

Who are you? Have we met?

Maybe there should be a quarantine period for new users to give them time to learn grammar and punctuation? Surely there is no place for the misuse of apostrophes on the Fender Forum.

Anyway. Welcome - new boy.

Cheers - C

(PS Perhaps have a word with Brad about the log-in difficulties? I've noticed some server issues in the last few days: could be that's at the root of the problem?)

Yeah on yer bike Pal, heard all this before, I remember during the war, I was a young reporter with the local rag, one of the worst winters in living memory at the same time. No food got through, convoys of lorries backed up for miles, no way through for the staple diet of spam for the Valley communities back then, back then I came up with a front page headline " Spamdrought Valley" now I hear of some beat combo making a fortune with that name and not a threepenny bit has come my way, sling yer hook imposter

Just a thought, web applications developers often struggle with correctly "escaping" apostrophes. It's to do with passing strings of characters to the database and protecting against the SQL injection exploits. One apostrophe gets converted to two apostrophes so the database may be trying to log you in as screamin'' armadillo and that won't ever work.

Best bet is to ask the forum admins to assist. Or you could always try the password reset form just using your email address, that should do the trick.

This site does have issues. I've never been able to list location.
