Beautiful day here in NY. Sunny with just a little chill in the air. :D

Mid 50s and sunny for the "official" last day of winter.

Winds coming off the ocean this weekend. That means higher HUMIDITY to go along with mid-80s temps.

As my SoFla colleagues have noted, things are rather pleasant here about. However, unlike Westeros...Summer is coming....so is hurricane season. :?

It's 77 and cloudy here in the Phoenix, AZ suburbs. Winter missed us this year and Spring has sprung early. The air is heavy with the scent of citrus and cassia blossoms.

It's not a particularly good day for outside pics because of all the cloud cover but here's a quick shot of Camelback mountain, anyway.

Here's hoping Luci isn't too nasty...

Cloud cover is great for photography. Less chance of overexposure and no harsh shadows.

It's such a nice day  I thought I would take my Strat outside for a pic.

Even though this has been the coldest winter on record in the past 5 decades at least, with temps going as low as -10 F and down to -24 with the wind chill, we have unseasonably warm days in between the vicious cold spurts.Today the outside temps got up to 42F or around 5 but for tomorrow they have forecast temps below freezing and from 2 to 10 inches of snow.

We have it all: Sun, clouds, rain with high around 80. Thought I heard thunder once.

Ambient sunlight isn't always bad......

I spent the weekend cleaning up my Chevy in preparation for an upcoming car show.

(I always feel so guilty whenever these weather questions are posted during the winter months)

You'll feel much better when we're ducking for cover down here between May and November.

True, but I was facing east during the late afternoon and storm clouds kept blocking the light from the setting sun behind me. I'm not used to that... actual weather in the Sonoran desert. I'm usually fighting (and losing to) glare and overexposure.

Another beautiful day. High temps in the 70s, low tonight in the low 60's. It's a shame I had to spend most of it at the office.
