Well, at least they don't have to worry about broken bones and racking the jewels.

Well, to me "pro" does not only imply "good" but implies "make money doing it"... I suppose in my book a relatively bad guitar player could be a "pro" if he/she is making money gigging... especially if they make ALL their money gigging!

Having said all that: I have no doubt this kid spent hours and hours practicing and its hard for me to see the payoff there as opposed to practicing a musical instrument or a sport or whatnot. Different strokes for different folks!

I'm not sure what's more impressive, the fingerboarding or the miniature park?

It does seem much safer.
I wonder if I could get good at it?

I could see it if this was the prelim. to figuring out new tricks.... However it's about as appealing as going to watch Championship Bingo....

As a former skateboarder fond with ramps and pools I nevertheless don't see profitability.
But to each their own//
However that miniature park is cool....
Makes me think of Rod Stewart's 600 sq.ft. HO train Diorama....

Hmmm... I think curling is more interesting. Just think if all that time and effort had been invested in something worthwhile.

Since when is investing time in a hobby you enjoy not worthwhile?
