it seems like everyone today hates nirvana or kurt cobain.
i get made fun of for wearing nirvana shirts to school now, and i can understand that people think they're overrated because of smells like teen spirit, but if they'd listen to other songs not on nevermind, they would realize that they're actually underrated

if you don't believe me, listen to

school from BLEACH

frances farmer will have her revenge on seattle from IN UTERO

sappy or you know you're right from YOUTUBE (they were never released on an album)

I never was a fan, but who cares? You like em and that's what matters. Keep wearing those Nirvana shirts! There's no right or wrong when it comes to music.

About 8 years ago the UK went grunge mad, everyone was wearing baggy jeans and wearing hoodies with the Nirvana smiley face on it and growing their hair. I too, was one of these lol.

I got all the albums and loved them - but now, when I try to listen to it, it's just so noisy. Like once a year I'll listen to SLTS or HSB but then I just cannot anymore. It's like I'm a recovering Nirvanaholic who feels nauseous when I hear them again.

It's just too rough for me.

I like Nirvana. Dive, Breed, Aneurysm, Beeswax, Heart-Shaped Box, Love Buzz, and Come As You Are get played on a regular basis by my drummer, guitarist, and myself. Sappy and You Know You're Right are great songs too.

I've been a Nirvana fan since 1991. I hated all the hoopla concerning his death but Kurt was a very talented songwriter. I concentrate on the music, not the drama.
Who cares what the kids at school think? The kids making fun of you probably listen to Linkin Park or something else equally horrible.

I like Nirvana, but it isn't one of my favorites. It dosn't matter what other people think. It's what you like and that's all that matters.

Still love and listen to Nirvana to this day, one of my all time favorite bands.

My playing style has kind of evolved to more blues these days, but it is still still fun to get my JagStang down, plug in the Turbo Distortion, and Small Clone and rip up some old Nirvana ....

I still like Nirvana and listen the albums.
So what was others says and thinking about them.
It's a question of taste.

I like Nirvana's songs but don't care for the muddy leads.
