those bastages !!!
Man, I hate that!!
Happened to me too, I know how you feel.

Got serial numbers for the gear?
If the punks are stupid enough to try to sell 'em, we could fry 'em!
(the punks, not the gear)

Sorry to hear that. I know the feeling.

Theifs got my gear a while back. Lost a Fender Hot Rod DeVille, Ovation Celebrity and a classical. Luckily they didn't get my strat. I hope they turned on my amp and the tubes caught fire and they burned a thousand fiery deaths.

Hope you got serial #s. I learned that lesson the hard way

Keep the faith

Make a police report. Check local pawn shops, flea markets, and craigslist. They want to turn your stuff into money, so maybe get lucky and find some of it. If you have pics of it you can give a copy, and a copy of the report, to local shops. It's a long shot but it's better than nothing. Good luck. I hope you get even better stuff soon. Also, write down any identifying marks or blemishes with the pics. People may say it's not worth the trouble but at least you fought back.

I'm sorry to hear about this. :(

I've thought about this sort of thing, especially when you gig out (which is a prime place to get your gear nicked.) I think the best thing you can do now or in the future is copy down and photograph the serial numbers of everything you have or will purchase and also what Deluxe Matt said. Also, keep any other records, receipts, etc. Those serial numbers are proof that the stuff is yours and it's better than nothing. Hopefully, you will get some justice in the matter.

Didn't take the frontman because it wasn't worth taking.

I was going to click on your 'My Songs' link but anyone capable of putting the boot into a Fellow Musician who just had gear stolen probably cant write anything worth listening to either.

He's quite talented and not a bad kid.
To many nice toys to understand the situation I think.
Goodonya ...Mark.

Boelyn37, give SK a break--he's just messing with Nathan.
SK's super-talented (he's a better guitarist than me, and I'm almost three times his age) and a "pretty good bloke" (as they say across the pond)...he just needs to remember to engage his brain before engaging his computer's keyboard.

Sorry to hear you lost your stuff, Nathan. Don't get too bitter--that's just letting the jack wagons live rent-free in your head!

He's really not, and he's kind of a little turd. This is not some isolated incident.

My stock page for how to increase your chances of recovering stolen gear is here:

http://brotherdave.com/add_protectyourgear.htm

This is accurate information in the USA. Other countries are usually very similar.

That sucks !
I have a german shepherd , I would feel sorry for anybody if they got in my house , if getting bit ain't bad enough , this dog wont let you leave .

Its not good to use your real name on the internet , posting pics of your gear , shows everybody what you have in your house , something to think about .
