I was Playin my ex-260. I put my guitar on its stand and went downstairs to eat and when I came back up my guitar was laying on the floor in front of the stand on the wooden floor. I immediately checked for damages and nothing was wrong. I was home alone so I know nobody knocked it over and that little rubber thing was on [i'm not talking about getting my girlfriend pregnant] so it couldn't have just fallen off. does anyone know how this could of happened?

Poltergeists dude. You are haunted. What kind of music do you play? Maybe they like the classics.

Seriously though, even though you may have thought you put it on the stand securely, it may have been off balance and fallen. Was it on a carpeted floor?

Sounds like a ghost hunters episode in the making.

Well....since inanimate objects don't move unless acted upon by an outside force (Newton), since no one was in the room, since there was no mention of dogs or cats....I have to assume gravity was the only force there which means the guitar wasn't placed correctly in the stand.

I would have to agree with that statement.

Honestly, common sense would tell you that you put it on the stand wrong. I'm sure everyone here agrees with me and so does gravity.

I once put my Casino in the case, and leaned it against the wall where it always goes.

18 hours later, it fell over, and nothing on that side of the room had been touched.

It just wasn't set down correctly.

I know the guitar was on right because it's an ex and its shaped like an x-plorer. there isn't really a wrong way to put it on unless the guitar was leaning forward, and I know it wasn't.

That or the stand is falling apart. (I agree with the Newton statement BTW).
