You'd have to check the way they mount. TV Jones makes excellent Gretsch replacement pups.

yeah thanks guys.

I have just single coil stuff in my gretsch. I would like it to sound like a gretsch you know?

I want the bridge pickup to sound chimey like a Gretsch should then the neck sound growly....so like a TV classic in the bridge and a Classic plus in the neck or something of that sort

thanks guys!

It'll probably be a while....

I don't know how much they are....it says $130 for the Pickups but usually stores have that price knocked down some....I wonder what just one pickup would cost....

I think if you're gonna put them
in a 5120 you would need the
English Mount also...

I thought the 5120 came with
double humbuckers,,, at least
mine did... Some folks call them
Gretschbuckers...

Sorry, read them wrong...their dual coil pickups. I saw the coil and thought they were single. My bad.

Anyway, what are English mounts?

[quoteAnyway, what are English mounts?[/quote]

If you go to TV jones site,,, and click on
TV Jones Classics,,, then scroll down to
English Mounts there will be an explanation...

I would try to explain it,,, but I'd probably
screw it up somehow...
