I know a few of the ones I like are
My Chemical Romance(All)
Coheed And Cambria(All)
The Who (Tommy)
Pink Floyd (The Wall)

But I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of other good concept albums and progressive bands.

There are so many bands over the decades that can be classified as progressive.
Some of my favorites range from Rush to The Pixies to Tool.
I dare say you almost have to give guidelines as to the era or sound you're looking for recommendations on.
