----or----

A train full of Les Pauls crashed into a trainload of Telecasters (nobody hurt). This was found in the wreckage.

Bound body, arch top, set neck, rosewood board, 24.6" scale. Only seven made.

Nice!

I once saw a MIK Telecaster on Ebay, dressed up as a goldtop Les Paul. Carved top, set neck, twin P90s, Gibsonesque V/T/V/T control layout with a toggle selector located on the upper bout. I often wonder how it sounded.

I do remember the set neck Tele Jr's years back but they are rare dogs to find Can't make out the logo on the pic above.

Fano Guitars. They call their Tele model the TC6. I guess this is the 2013 Limited Edition '59 Carved Top Alt de Facto TC6. My buddy sent me the photo...

They got 'em here: http://www.austinguitarhouse.com/guitars/fano/fano-tc6.html

Here's another photo I found. Pretty cool idea...

That one's even sweeter looking, with the book-ended maple flametop and vintage sunburst finish.

That is a beautiful guitar. Strange concept, but that builder pulls it off well. I would be happy to play this guitar.

Intriguing concept. I am kind of digging it. Sure would like to know if it sounds like a Les Paul, seems it would.

Can't stop looking at it.
I couldn't find anything on it on YouTube. I would really like to hear how it sounds.
I look at price too at the same time, and I cool down pretty quickly

Dennis Fano is a good luthier, but his pricey boutiques
don't interest me much. YMMV.

Les Paul and a Telecaster meet in a dark alley... And the Telecaster WINS !!! j/k :D

Seriously, Nice Guitar !!

If it's anything like my FSR Custom Telecaster HH, it will definitely have some LP soul to it.

My FSR Custom Telecaster HH has a carved-top Mahogany Body, Mahogany Set Neck, Rosewood FB, 15.75" radius and 24.75" scale length, arguably more Les Paul-like than Tele.

If it's neither a hollowbody nor chambered, what purpose does the raised pickguard have? Unless anyone can let me know what I'm missing here (please do!), I see that as as meaningful as a rear spoiler on a front wheel drive car or a DVD rewinder.
