I think the very idea of eating and drinking in the car is alien to most Europeans.
If you need a cup of coffee, you stop and have one at a cafe.
Drive-throughs are almost non-existent (or at least used to be, back when I lived in Europe).

Very good point, I wonder what separated us culturally to where here we even have drive through liquor stores (the famous Brew Thru's in OBX) while the Europeans still want to sit down and eat whilst motoring. I guess it's just the American way of doing it faster and bigger...

Hey, now! I've got cup holders in my kayak! And I use them!

As I recall, Larry the Cable Guy, on his Only in America series, did a show from that tank driving place. It looked like fun, but if only the tank had been armed... Why just drive over cars when you could blow them up?

Drive a Nascar! I did the Petty Driving Experience years ago at Dover for 30 laps on my own, top lap speed was 141 :D They schedule these things at many different tracks each year plus other teams do this.
