I have a Fender Palomino guitar that was purchased for me by my grandmother in 1964/1965 time frame. We recently lost our home in a fire and while the guitar was not burned, suffered water, smoke and heat damage. Its junk now. I hate to trash it due to sentimental reasons and want to restore it and display in a custom cabinet. I understand the tone will never be satisfactory, but dont want to throw it away. Im looking for the rosette and logo decals. The logo reads, "Fender Palomino patent pending" Does anyone have any idea how I could acquire these two decals? Can decals be reproduced? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The Palomino came out in 1968 from what I understand.
Try a luthier for the restoration. Good luck.
