Where can I find a Setup Guide for '62 Jazzmaster? Cannot seem to locate one even on Google.

Fender setup guides are pretty generic for guitar and bass. There isn't a separate one for the Jazzmaster or Precision Bass or the Stratocaster or the Mustang. Just ones for guitar and bass. Setups are pretty subjective to the instrument, strings and player anyway. For example I like a lower setup than the factory spec bass setup and on some instruments that is possible and on others it isn't. The Fender setup guide measurements are only of use if you are using the STOCK string gauges. When you wander off the reservation with a non-stock string gauge you have to adjust the measurements to compensate.

The Fender GUITAR setup guide is here: http://www.fender.com/support/articles/fender-guitar-setup-guide/
The Fender BASS setup guide is here: http://www.fender.com/support/articles/bass-guitar-setup-guide/

I have set up my basses enough to know that I am better at playing it than setting it up. I have a guy who does setups for me. He does setups all day long and can do them much better than I can because it is about all he does for a living. He isn't cheap but he's very good at it and to me it is worth it. He has set up every bass I own that I actually play and even a few I don't play that deserved a good setup. Once I get a setup done, I rarely have to get it setup again so long as I stick to the same exact string set when replacing the strings one at a time. Depending on the tech, the cost can vary a great deal. You should agree on the price UP FRONT and not get surprised when you go to pick it up. If it is your only instrument, be sure to ask about turn around time. One time it took me 3 weeks to get one back the usual turn around was 1 week. Good techs stay busy and get backed up sometimes.

I still have the Instruction Manual that came with my '62 Jazzmaster. I sent a copy to Fender Consumer Relations, but they never posted it.

I have it in seven .jpg images. PM me your e-mail address and I'll send it to you.

brotherdave is right though. It is still a pretty generic manual.

Also, here is a link to a setup page on the Jazzmaster that may be helpful:
