school's not quite done for me, but i'm gonna have a busy summer. I get to babysit every Wednesday for 9 1/2 hours. That'll be...a long day! haha and then I have several camp things that i'm helping out with too! it should be fun! and of course i'll get as much playing time in as possible!! Summers are great for the guitar!!!

On the way home from the last day of school, I blaired School's Out in my friends car. Then we all went home and set any remains of school on fire. It really was fun.

I remember my annual backpack bonfires when school was over. I kind of miss that.

I'm on a year off right now 8)
Stress and post-depression melancholy made me quit the business school I went to, glad i did quit(still finished all the grades and classes needed, so it's no loss) :P
Just formed a band playing guitar with my younger brother and a friend of mine on bass, auditioning for a drummer and maybe piano player, so my summer should get pretty busy

Working this summer.

I don't mind though. Summer can get pretty boring with no money and when all your mates live a few towns away :(

More money + being in the city more often = more fun :)

No holidays this year, but I hope to go to Sweden next year to study :D

Trying to find a summer job that will let me off Thursday through Saturday so I can play gigs with my band.... I know, what a joke. I'll never get hired but hopefully I'll play enough gigs that it doesn't matter. Of course, I can never put "band" on a resume.

Never grow up.

I most certainly would put being in a band on your resume. Being in a band requires marketing skills to get your name out there, negotiating skills to settle on a fee, financial skills if your pooling the bands money to buy more equipment(capital expenditures). It shows you can make commitments, show up on time, perform the task you were paid for.

Since I'm out of school, I'll be doing pretty much the same thing I've been doing since I got back from the Marines:

Work Monday-Friday
Play in band Friday and/or Saturday nights, unless we're not playing, then
hang out with friends
Paintball on Sunday
Repeat
