It appears as if I'm gradually starting to post more frequent again. Let me explain why I haven't been anywhere near as active as I have been in the past as of late;
In vague, I walked the kokoda track (people who aren't from the Australasian region of the world probably aren't that educated on the subject I'm guessing??) with a group of some year 11's from my school, prior to that there was a sh1t tonne of training like mountain hiking and endurance walks, and pretty much that whole experience of training and hiking the kokoda track was a very life-changing experience. I've been genuinley happy with my life since the start of the year, and that once in a lifetime experience is what's mostly responsible. I'll admit, it's the first time I've been genuinley satisfied with life for years.
So along with that I've met a bunch of really cool people, out of confidence that I've gained, and I'm now gigging. I've got a short acoustic set to play at another small tourist towns festival pretty soon. Pretty strange considering my physical disability is at a all time low, so gigging was the last thing I expected to do this year. Mind you, I wasn't expecting to succesfully walk the kokoda track either :P But yeah, playing in public is an amazing feeling.
Yeah, sorry if reading this was a waste of time for you, it's just that I feel it was neccesary to explain what I've been doing. But I think I'll be on here more regulary now.

That's awesome dude. True Aussie battler spirit.. Looks like you are taking your disability by the horns and not letting it hold you back. :) keep going

thats great to hear, man! really happy for you.
hey, a band from here in Nashville is touring Australia in a few days, if you get a chance you should go see them (assuming they're going to be anywhere near you....not really sure where you're at) I traded my red strat to their guitarist for his Airline that I had. That's how I know them. go check 'em out! http://turbofruits.com/
