When I first peeked into this thread I was expecting to see a reproduction of Keith's classic Tele. Imagine my disappointment.

I think I like the Chipmunks Strat better.

Hey doc, I like the pick suggestion you had.. I'm sure there'd be enough of us to buy some picks or a gig bag :)

If this lot is as 'picky' about shapes and thickness as they were about the guitar design, I wouldn't be on it. There are enough ideas on the other thread. With that in mind I expect that that the Stone's project will force consensus...ie. the company will tell us what they can do, how it will look, and what it will cost. Then hand us the baton and see if we want to run with it. At least it will close the circle.

But if we run around in a closed circle with a baton, we'll get dizzy, fall over, and the fans will tear us apart.

Isn't it pretty clear how the picks should look? Direct your gaze up to the left.

One would think so....but. Are you familiar with the original thread on this subject?

It would be great if, for an annual fee- we could join a club were we would get personalised picks as a member, access to great online deals, the odd discount special off guitars, basses and amps everynow and then, and exclusive content for Fender Club Members.. Also have a contribution to design of FSR instruments and reissues..

Like how Seymour Duncan takes designs off his forum members and puts them in production.. I like how he acknowledges it came from his forum members :)
