That's an excellent place to start, I love those old Ampegs.

The shells, the HH stand, the 16" crash stand, and the 2 18" crashes are vintage.

The amp/cab in the background are both getting there.

G'day Nathan, It's been a few years. I hope you're well and safe from the fires.
You seem to have grown up (a little) but your oddball way of looking at the world will always upset the establishment here. Just try to keep to your own threads and please don't start a new one every time you have a random thought. It's also not cool to hijack other threads with irrelevant posts.
As far as vintage gear goes, I don't have any amps but i have a couple of old guitars.

ImageImage

The first is a Kay Arch-top which I'm doing up. It's from 1965, not valuable really and cheaply made but still a nice project for an amateur.
The resonator, well I guess it's an antique. It was already vintage when I was born 50 years ago, a 1933 National Triolian.
The strings are not original
It was owned by a music teacher who received it new when she was 14. I like how the wear marks on the body show the correct hand position for finger-picking.

I love old stuff. I'd like to see some of your older TVs.

Goodonya ...Mark.

Thanks Mark, I like the old resonators, they seem to make me think of the good old 1800s every time I hear one, but for me I own a Vox TB35C2 amp and a few guitars, one of them is a vintage 1980s no name acoustic I got for $20

OK Nathan. We all have our obsessions. Some think that ECs pickups matter. Others have 50+ guitars and only 2 arms. Good luck with yours.

PS - actually I do have an amp which would be vintage to you. A Fender Super 210, I bought it new. Time refuses to stand still.

NB, you're persistant though that may not be a good thing. We will see, good luck, hello. I'm not sure participating on this thread is a good choice, hope for the best I guess.

I clicked on a vintage thread, but I swear I keep seeing 90's stuff come up. Did I press the wrong button or something?

Thanks man, that is a good bass, I like the paint job, this broken guitar I recently picked up will be customised to the brink \m/ it's gonna have HSH pickups and a new black pick guard and some other things like a floating Floyd Rose and 11.52 gauge strings and passive humbuckers and a high output middle pickup to match the mid output buckers and hopefully an awesome custom white paint job with a black pickguard :)
