I've been getting back into playing more now that it's cooling down and I have some free time after a busy summer.

Finally had an idea today that made me not want to put my guitar down, which felt great. :D Here's a quick recording with a rough lead over the top. Thanks in advance if you have the time to take a listen. Cheers!

Nice mood piece... kind of retrospective-ish.
Like the Wah Wah. Frig the CowBell... more Wah Pedal!!!!
Sounds like a Fuzz in the chain?

Thanks for checking it out bro! Actually it's a DS-2 with the distortion turned way low.

Very cool man! Love it when I have days like that!
Already sounds sweet!
I think your "idea" (whatever you end up doing with it) is a keeper!

that was great, I hear you following your ear for the lead, keep doing that - you have good instincts. I really enjoyed it.

Many thanks guys, really appreciate it. Used the Telecaster on this for both tracks, love that guitar. :)

You just had to go and smoke me out of my hole with original music, didn't you. Very soulful composition and playing, a nice tune to wind down to. I found the threes sequence especially tasty.

Rock on, good people.

Real fine playing and mix. I liked the dynamics, phrasing
and riffage - nice work!
