Hi ...a bit of a long story.....hoping to get some sort of official knowledge/response/insight on this ......on the Fender Web site http://www.fender.com/en-CA/accessories ... 060080100/
(if you click on the Models tab, this main page shows the various sets)....I am only interested for this question in the 1st 3 different gauges...

there is info on this page which varies when you click through to each different model

1)model #0739050402 9050L .040/.060/.080/.100 (picture on box says 9050SL)

2)model #0739050403 9050L .045-.095 (picture on box says .045-.060-.080-.100)

3)model #0739050404 9050CL .045/.060/.080/.105

I tried to order set #3 the CL set......I have told by Long & Mquade (in Canada) they are discontinued....that is question #1 : are they discontinued?

.the other choices when ordering at the store were 9050L which they show as .045-.095 or the ML which I didn't want....(on their web site the package is not the green with a Fender F but a picture of P-bass I think saying 9050L with .045-.095)

I am curious as to what gauges I will be getting.....that is question #2

anyone know or bought these at all recently ?
..

thanks
Randy

Hello brickie, I haven't tried any of those yet, thanks for posting, the 9050L set gauges 100-40 are the set that I want to try. Talking with Fender customer service has always been helpful for me. Let us know if they answer those questions for you.

Hi brickie, it is over 1 month now and I was wondering if you have gotten a response.
