I have a Mackie DFX-12 mixer I would like to use with my Fender Passport Portable Sound System. Can this be done. If so, where on the Passport would I connect the cables from the Mackic Main Out? Looking at the Passport manual on page 7 AA & BB provide a point to patch in an equalizer or other processor into the sound system. Would this be the place to enter the Passport with the mixer?

I would probably pick up a Y-cable to go from the main outs of the mackie to the Aux/return of the effects loop. (two mono 1/4" to one Stereo 1/4) You should then be able to use the Master Volume to adjust the over all level of the Mackie mix.
