Garcia actually played some SG looking guitars that were custom made, but I can't remember by who. Wikipedia might be helpful....check that out perhaps...

Taking school really, really seriously does point you to a career which will allow you to get a good job and buy lots of beaucoup hip guitars and amps.

And keep you from wearing your body out as a landscaper with skin cancer and arthritis at 30. Think about it.

JSJH is right. If you blow your opportunity to get a decent education, you've lost a big opportunity.

So would my nephew. That's why he's going to be b jammin with summer school teachers and repeating 9th grade next year.

I do PA Cyber...but I do believe you are not from PA, so that kinda rules that option out.

I don't know, I guess being homeschooled I was a little more free. I got done around noon, and didn't need to put up with people asking questions in a classroom and having the teacher explain the concept yet again. I have had to get used to that this year, along with deadlines, and waking up before 8:30 hahaha But I guess if you were coming from a public school you'd kinda be used to it. You can choose between self paced stuff and vertual classes, or do a mix of both like me. A vertual class is basically a class that you log into at a certain time on the computer and you have a mic that you can talk to the teacher and other people with when unmuted. Self paced stuff you just have a list of things that you need to do and you can do it whenever you want just as long as it's done by the end of the school year.

Some people like it, some don't. It's just a preference thing I guess...

Wow I didn't realize there were this many home schoolers on this forum.

I be one too. 8)

Although next year I might be going to a charter school that would enable me to get two full years worth of college credits, thus enabling me to start off as a junior in college after I graduate highschool. The only thing is that they are only starting with the 9th and 10th grades this year, so I would have to rtake the 10th grade

But in the end it would save me a yeah, and about $60k worth of college loans.
