Pretty much any of the early 3 doors down stuff

ZZ Top or AC/DC have some pretty simple stuff

A lot of country music is open chords.

Any of that help you out?

Highway to Hell- AC/DC, Sunshine of Your Love- Cream, Iron Man- Black Sabbath. Try a lot of Green Day because that's what I started on. But now I am into the blues.

Try the Blitzkrieg Bop by the Ramones. The entire song's main riff revolves around like 3 power chords and the verse has like 4. Its easy to play along with too. :D
