Hey all,

If you haven't already heard, we're now offering Groove Tubes direct from our website. If your noisy or muddy amp is long overdue for a tube replacement, we now have preamp tubes, power tubes and rectifier tubes of various ratings available right at your fingertips. That's great,I put Groove Tubes in one of my JCM 800s and the improvement of all aspects of the sound was profound.

For JCM 800s, I recommend the GT EL34M (Mullard reissue).....killer!!!

im gonna probably use the 6L6 R-1 quatet and 2 12Ax7R for my Line 6 Spider Valve head.

Thank you. The 6L6GE is the best current production power tube. It sure beats digging though tubes at GC trying to find a box that hasn't been opened.

I have a pair of them in my Bassman. I compared them to The GT 6L6 CHP, SED Winged C 6L6, JJ 6L6, and JJ 6L6 Cryo treated. The GE Reissue were by far the best sounding tubes, and the Cryo Treated JJs were a close second. If you buy from GC, hold them to their price matching, you'll get the tubes for much less than the GC list price (at least $25/pair less). :wink:
