I emailed consumer relations a week ago with a question...no reply...Anyone have any experience with them?...How long to get a reply back.

Double check that you used the right email address which is:
consumerrelations@fender.com

Try phoning or faxing as a followup.
It could have went to a spam folder or something like that.

If you can not phone or fax, that leaves Snail Mail!

It always helps to email from a real email account instead of an online one like Yahoo or Hotmail. Many spam filters pass almost no messages through from online email accounts to the inbox because they are a known origin for spam. Also make sure the subject line is clear. Messages with no subject line often will never make it to an inbox.

It could be they are just behind or it could be they didn't get your email.

thanks for the replys...I did it off the Fender site and got an auto response that it was received. I am considering purchasing a custom shop tele from my local dealer and provided them with the serial # to try and get detailed specs. that the store was unable to provide me with.
