Good Morning Fender Friends,

Coffee is brewing, Jack White Blunderbuss is rolling out of the IPad, and the sun is shining. Mornings don't get much better. It looks like it will be a bluebird day so I think I will be doing some yard-work and then head down to Willies American Guitars to take in the views, the smells, and the sounds.

I hope you all have a great day wherever you are on this spinning blue orb.

Beaubs

G'morning - just heard of the death of JJ Cale :(

http://www.whereseric.com/eric-clapton- ... art-attack

A guitarist's guitarist.

On a brighter note, sunny and dry. Hope it stays this
way for outdoor gig later this evening.

Have a great weekend!

Good morning, loungers. We've got a beautiful sunny day here and the lowest temps of the month, only 55 degrees this morning and I am headed outside to climb a tall ladder and get back to painting my house. The wife's in MN and I'm batching it for the weekend.

Yes, I'll be careful on the ladder.

After a nine-day vacation I've got beau coup yardwork on my plate this weekend. And the Honda could stand a wash.

Good morning

My daughter made pancakes.

Now I have to go mow the lawn.

'Morning, afternoon or evening y'all.

Just back from a big lunch party for old friends' diamond wedding anniversary. I was driving so not drinking, but after the meal consumed so many tiny cups of strong coffee that I'm feeling a touch jangly right this minute. I'd better not mow the lawn till I've calmed down a bit. I know - guitar playing instead!

Might crank out a couple of JJ Cale numbers, in tribute...

Have a good weekend - C

Afternoon all,
Mrs E. had us up and out bright and early this A.M., pretty day after 10 days of blast furnace temps and humidity that was sliceable.
Going to finish a few small projects around the abode and as tomorrow's forecast is for rain some Strat time will be in order.

Cheers,
John.E

Sunday, Sunday....Hazy sun here in Boca Raton. Rained most of Friday evening, and Saturday beginning around noon. Sympaticos on the loss of JJ Cale. His contribution to our culture was impressive.
Coincidently, my uncle, the last of 'the parents', passed on the same day, one month short of his 102nd birthday. He had most of his marbles until shortly before his death. A drummer by vocation and avocation for a good part of his life. He was part of the musical richness and legacy of my family.

Ave Atque Vale, 'Arizona'.

Hazy sun and 85° in SoFla with a few scattered T/storms in the area. At least it isn't supposed to rain all day. Had breakfast on the beach. No wind so the ocean was almost like glass.

Once again I am operational having subdued yet another ransom-ware attack on my PC.

This afternoon I think I'll give my Devi Ever Soda Meiser another workout. It'll be a short one as I don't want my day marred by neighbors' complaints.

Good morning fellow loungers. It is sunny and 60 degrees with a projected high of 78!

Perfect day to sit out on the screened deck and playing a few tunes.

CRGuitar man, I too am bachting it for a couple days...except I may take a cruise in the Vette this afternoon...I will be thinking I am happy I have a brick out and don't have to paint it!!

Good morning Loungers. It's Sunday in the 60's partly cloudy in Chicagoland. Guitar playing this afternoon is what I have on my schedule. Everyone have a great Sunday!

G'morning folks (or good evening depending on a variety of factors) - having first cup of iced coffee.

Tropical humidity but not as hot as it was a week or so ago.

Good gig last night...uneventful...that speaks volumes.

Listening to the NPR Stream from Newport Music Fest - lots of new Indie acts this year.

Enjoy the day - you never know when it will all come
crashing down. It happened to Kidd Kraddick yesterday.
He was 53, successful, popular and had a charity event
named after him...and dropped dead at his charity golf
event due to an aneurysm...sad to hear this news:
