Cool. I would like to post more of my stuff in new threads like this, but I fear I'll get attacked for it.

I guess it's better than the old days when this forum had all sorts of fighting going on re: that person who shall not be named, etc, but I kinda feel like "where did everybody go?" lately.

Kinda dead around here. More people should post vids.

I was just listening to your tracks that you posted and when I clicked to reply to the post it said the post no longer existed! WTF?

Yea, man, try smoking, being stoned off your $@!, and then playing.

It's really fun and enlightening, actually.

It's summer. Guitar boards always slow down in summer.

Yes is is quite enlightening. You come to the revelation that whatever skill you may have had straight is entirely gone and it begs the question of why you did it in the first place. Been there, done that. Not going back.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

I once though I couldn't play unless I was blitzed, but found I was a better player absolutely straight. Just tobacco and Coca-Cola or McDonald's sweet tea are all I do until work is done.

Record yourself playing drunk and then playing the same song later straight and you'll see which one sounds best.

I recognize that the guitar sounds off at some parts, but I was drumming.

Just a fun activity. I like the way sound feels when it pulsates across my body.

Then you straighten up, watch it back, and realise you sound like crap. Man.

I'm not sure that was quite what happened with Hendrix, Page, Walsh, Harrison, Gilmour, Santana, Beck, etc, etc, on and on.

I don't have a deluxe model throne. What is this "turning" that you speak of? :P
