I was wondering what your personal preference is between Dunlop wahs and Vox wahs? I have owned both, and really prefer the Vox wah because it is more of a vocal-like wah.

I've never tried a Vox wah. But the Dunlop (GCB-95) wah I own, got it used for cheap, works great.

Wow, I was thinking about this very thing a little while. I found a Dunlop for $40 and a Vox for $60 both on Craigslist. I love using wahs a lot in my music which probably explains me being a Hendrix fan.

The second guitar to come in is using a wah pedal.

I'm using a Godlyke wah. It has an extended sweep on the treble and bass. True bypass...led light....sounds great!

I'm a Crybaby guy. I have a 595Q and a GCB-95 that I just put a HOT-POTZ in. Now it practically plays itlself. I can't stop playing Starsky And Hutch foot-case music.

I have a Dunlop crybaby, but the on/off switch on under the toe doesn't turn off. so its a no- bypass and doesn't get used much. So I wanted to try something else before getting it fixed or a new one and ended up with one of the old silver Morley wah pedals. $50 + shipping on ebay a couple months ago. That thing has a really touchy pedal with a wide range, and the volume swells at the higher treble, dies almost out in the middle and then comes back a bit at the bottom. It's unique alright, and pretty fun to play with, with a nice bypass switch, even though it still cuts some highs when it is off. I just had to ramble on when someone said they wanted the old silver Morley.
