That's the Surf Green model I believe. I think the lighting was a bit weird - the rosewood is on the Olympic White model. I've seen one of these in person now and the two models look quite different when one is actually there. I've gotta say - the pickguard was even cooler in person - I really liked the texture of it when playing. Can't wait until I can actually afford one!

So it is. Thanks for the heads up to these 70 yo eyes, and for the inperson feedback. For my taste, neck and finish options run to the natural finish Tele. But not the guitar. As for your wait, its not clear if this will be a limited run series. You may be obliged to acquire a used model in future. Bon chance!
