I hear this. I feel bad playing all night and leaving the better half on her own. Then I feel bad leaving my guitar all alone.

Without my strat though there would be less balance.

What really rots my socks is that US Music dealers send me emails telling me of great deals that they have on line and how the honor Canadian and International orders.A while back I decided to take one of them up on their offer.I saw a few items that interested me so I proceeded to order them and had gone through the entire ordering process with only one step left when a notice came up that the items that I had ordered did not qualify. This kind of thing has happened to me with several US music online stores,if all things are not qualified they should at the very least put up a disclaimer or have an asterisk or some other form to identify a product as being exempt from the offer.Another big issue that I have is that often when you order a product, you have to cancel the order at the last step because the shipping and handling costs are way above the value of the product itself , making even the most enticing bargains not worth the bother. What makes all of this so ridiculous is that a lot of US companies will ship orders to Canada free of charge. If these companies can do it,it stands to reason that a huge conglomerate with several businesses under its umbrella should be more than able to offer such a service. If in fact some of these companies drop the exhorbitant charges in future as a matter of principle,I won't be dealing with them and will only do business with companies that had that practice all along.

Rich People who have it made but yet still feel the need to gripe and complain about stuff. There are folks out there who are far less fortunate then them but yet, the majority of them are happy for what they have and appreciate it. I just don't get it . The rich just piss me off.

THIS!!! And the shift in management over the years from greatest account in trucking to the usual abusive bs so prevalent in that industry. Bean counters should be tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail.

Oh and the fact that my health insurance is junk. Just got a bill for more than a THOUSAND Dollars from an ambulance squad... All because getting time off to deal with these things when they;re still minor is like squeezing blood from a stone.

Agreed. Rich gear heads also piss me off. I play hockey with a few rich dudes that drop tens of thousands of dollars on custom gear but can't play to save their lives. I was happy to have any POS growing up with six strings and an input jack.

Humility and appreciation are everything.

People who can't read worth a damn,...I work on the shipping dock of a distribution center and when I was trying to get pallets of product for Store no. 432 loaded on the truck,...an order picker stages a pallet of product for a different store number RIGHT SMACK DAB in front of the pallets I had yet to load. I damn near came unglued when the order picker just dropped her pallet there and took off when I had asked her NOT to put her pallet where she did. Let it be known if I had been her boss and found out she had done that, someone's head would have been rolling right out the door without a job,...hers!

I played Pinhead nearly 40 times because the kid I taught how to play it couldn't get it right.

Yes cause money and security, nothing else, equate to genuine happiness and total satisfaction with everything in your life.

The reason why the 'less fortuanate' appreciate things better is simply because of this; We get pissed off when our internet doesn't connect to our laptops/smartphones/whatever the hell it is that you use, where as people people who live in really disadvantaged third world countries are the happiest person alive if they get just one meal for the day.

I really don't like it when it comes to this subject. Purely because of just how frustratingly ignorant people can be. It makes me wanna beat my head against the wall that people think that the wealthy can't get deppressed or something without being a whiny b*tch.
Money's a curse.

Do I feel any better now?
No.

Unless you're under 41, I really wouldn't be worrying about that.

As for me, Blackstar. Gotta fix this thing now and on the side of the cabinet it says
"Intel Inside"

Damn computerized nonsense.

Our bass player, he whines and stirs up trouble every chance he gets. I guess he likes the drama better than I do  . I think it's time to part company, him or me :x .

I'm curious, what is the rates to have things shipped, usually? Is there some sort of tariffs or other B.S.?
