Good Morning Friends,

Coffee is on, Neil Young is singing Comes a Time and the sun is shining.....does it get much better? My thoughts and prayers go out to those in Oklahoma....hopefully they all can pull together as friends, neighbors, and family to help them all through this difficult time. I can only imagine what they are going through.

Nothing important going on today, some home maintenance and such, I gotta believe the Strat will get plugged inat some point....as a matter of fact I know it will!

I hope you all have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

Beaubs

Mornin' all,
J.T. in the background, A.C. keeping the room cool and first cup of coffee in hand. The Twister in Oklahoma was the lead story on the 11pm news last night, brutal. Thoughts and prayers to all concerned.
My Gretsch 5120 has been calling from the closet, guess after breakfast I'll have to do something about that.
Stay safe,
John.E

A Great & Groovy Good Morning to one and all. Happy June! It's a beautiful day here in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia even if it is going to be a tad hot (88). 8)

Hi all

Mrs C dropped heart shaped marshmallows into the coffee this morning. Cute.

I've spent several days building a new version of her company's website for her and will be doing that all day today as well. I guess that's what the marshmallows are about.

On the plus side, I can listen while I'm coding: we caught a Mark Knopfler gig earlier in the week and I've had him coming out the speakers a good deal since. Selected Dire Straits playing as I type.

Have a good weekend, everyone - C

Good morning Beaubs and everyone. Summertime today, 74 and sun right now but it's going to be cloudy a little later. Have to move around a bit today, light shopping and pay a couple of bills, then home and some groove time with the Jackson bass and new Acoustic B300H. Have a great weekend Fender Forum folks!

Good morning from the cloudy, sunny, cloudy 69-degree Midwest. The river is rising, set to crest tomorrow at eight feet above flood stage, the highest since 1929, though in 2008 the same river crested at 32' and wiped out five square miles of this town, many buildings of which are still waiting for demolition five years later.

But the rain that was forecast has not come down and the sun is trying to shine, so I hope for the best.

Evening all!! Well it has been a great day in the ABS household! I spent most of the day working in my studio getting things in order and unpacked from the move into our dream home! Now, we are sitting in our living room watching a big old thunder storm roll in from Lake Ontario into the St Lawrence River. Going to grab my favorite 70's PBass and jam some Sting in a little while. Have a fantastic weekend all!

Good Sunday morning All !! Mostly sunny in SoFla going up to 86°F.

It's a far cry from yesterday's rainy start, though, I was at the office all day anyway. It's rained most of the last two weeks. Sunshine State, indeed!

Good Sunday morning to all. Awoke to the sounds of thunder and my chicken-butt dog at my side shaking all over. Got up and started the laundry. Hopefully starting this early will allow me to play some guitar later when my wife goes antiquing. Hope everyone else has a great day.

Gorgeous sunshine here on the west coast! At 5:45, the sun has a long time to go down. Think I'll sneak in "Wish you were here" on acoustic before I get into dinner making mode. (And then probably pick some music from "Songza".)

Happy weekend all!

In the hotel diner having a nice dark cuppa and some eggs Benny. Cool and overcast today. Think I'll head down to summit tools and see what will tempt me. Gonna be indoor stuff today methinks.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
