From the songs listed I go for ' Castles Made Of Sand '
However the whole ' Bold as Love ' album is one of the
best of all time. Still sounds incredible today......... 8)

I think his best is "Machine Gun" from "Live at the Filmore".

great guitarist stood next to him at the old kinetic playground in chicago(originally the electric theatre) saw him in sept'68 @ hollywood bowl, little wing is 2:24 When i cover some ones song and i need to stretch it for time i at least try to write an extra verse and then maybe a couple of extra bars for the intro bridge and ending that can usually give you an extra minute or so 2:24 then is 3:30 but 5 minute little wing solo's with no new verses am i crazy or whats up with that

Wow! This one's tough for me. They are all so good, but I had to go with Red House.

...........................WOW !!!!!!!.............. Hendrix is one of the few ( thank God ) artists I didn't get to see. Almost 39 years after his death, he is held as a near mythological person ..... very far out for his time. By the way, I don't know of any piece of music by any other guitarist/ group that compares to the sounds he makes in his version of the " Star Spangled Banner" at Woodstock. :!:

Have You Ever Been ( to Electric Ladyland) has such soulful 8) singing and those soaring guitars ...... ( not to mention Mitch's fantastic drumming and Noel's sympathetic bass )...... aaahhhhhhh............

perhaps someone will invent a time machine soon and I can go back .....
