Hi Renotoatlanta,I have already taken pix of the shirt but unfortunately I have to enlist the help of fellow forum member Blinkers to get the pix posted.I'm a complete Luddite when it comes to computers.I have quite a few Hendrix & Beatles T-shirts,the only other artists shirts that I have are an SRV shirt,The Who and I also have a great Scotty Moore shirt.I sent him a photo of me wearing it while holding my one off black Gretsch Tennesean and my John Lennon '65 Casino and he put it up on his Facebook page.I don't know if it's still there or not.One of my best buddies is a great friend of Scotty's and is one of the few people who can come either bit close to nailing his playing tone and style. Scotty must approve of Lew's playing because he contacted Gibson's Kalamazoo Custom/repair shop (this was many years ago)and asked them to make a one off lefty copy of his favourite and most used Gibson-I forget the model right but it was one of the more upscale ones.I don't know what Lew ended up paying for it but I dear say that because it was done as a favour for Scotty,he got a great deal on it.

They're long gone, since I wore them until they fell apart. My niece found this photo when she was a little girl at Christmas time. I had to be at least 17 years old, so that was 1988. I'm wearing a Led Zeppelin I T-shirt and it's the only picture I have of myself as a teenager. Of an actual related to this forum note, make a left turn in that hall on the left and you'll find a bedroom that has a 1977 Jazz Bass in it. This is when I had one and kept it for 4 or 5 years after that. I haven't been in that house since 1999, when my parents sold it and moved into a 55+ condo on St. Petersburg Beach. I grew up in that place and still dream about it from time to time.

I almost forgot I had this hiding in a box on the shelf in my closet:

A Buddy and I left MSP late on a Friday night and drove to spend the wknd. in KC with his lovely cousin and her friend. We played my newly acquired 'Darkside' cassette a dozen times on the way.

When we got there, the girl's told us they had the tix to the show, so we stayed a few days longer than expected, but it was worth it on several fronts...

The Tee cost $10 from the kiosk at Memorial Hall which seemed a ripoff, but I had to have a souvenir.

Still fits, though it seems to have shrunk a little...

cheers!

That T shirt is almost as old as I am. :P You know, Pink Floyd's "Dark Side Of The Moon" is one recording that I can say I have heard in every format it's been released in. Vinyl, 8-track, cassette, CD, and MP-3. My late older brother and my sister played the hell of that record as far back as I can remember. I remember there was one of those giant stereo consoles that looked like some piece of wooden furniture we had that had all of the features. Record player, 8-track deck, stereo, etc. I think you could even plug a guitar into the damned thing. :P I loved those stereo systems from the 70's. Giant knobs and all of that. Huge speakers, no wimpy little earbuds back then.

ooooooooo

I'm an avid shirt collector. Nothing commonly known, just bands on the local punk and rockabilly circuits stuff. If I like the band, I buy a Tshirt. If I really like em, I'll buy a CD and badges too.
It's good cos when I play, they get advertising and if I can band shirt swap with em, even better cos then my band get advertising too.
So I have a plethora of black Tshirts with the arms cut off (gotta pretend to be cool right) and band logos on em.

My prised tee is a Dirty Rotten Imbeciles shirt for the EP Violent Pacification. The EP was released in 1984, a bit before my time. I'd have been 12.
Years later, Spike got cancer and had to sell a load of stuff to raise funds for his surgery. So I bought two.
They're the only white shirts I have.

I don't know about old... But about 10 or so years ago, I got a t-shirt as a present. I haven't worn it and can't wear it. It's too valuable and is hung up stored away like a Shrine. What is it?

I had a Bob Dylan shirt that Mrs. FSB's cousin gave me. It made a trip from the coast, and somehow found a home of it's own. I'm thinking it's hiding nearby; but, now I think Mrs. FSB didn't like it, and she did it in after a wash or something like that. (She's a big Elvis fan).

I have a Styx T shirt from 1979, I think it was the Cornerstone tour.
