I don't think I can say that any music pisses me off... There's stuff I just don't like, but it doesn't make me angry when I hear it...

Rap...
and those "Pop Rocks" a la Fall Out Boy, etc..
and "Hardcore" or "Emo"...or any kind of mutation from true Rock.
Pretty much any modern popular "music" these days...
What happened to the good ol' 60~70's rock?

I agree with Nick DJ.

Perhaps I am getting older?? I don´t think so. Music these days suck badly and there is plenty of stupidity without any meaning. Feel like we are living the worst of the last four decades in just one package. Music is moving so fast through cheap formulas done in the past. The majority of those so-called indie musicians keep on doing their pretentious music without the valuable stuff those formulas had when they were originally made (60´s, 70´s specially), and that was "authenticity", almost everything now is just a copy. It seems all that matters nowadays is having a "cool-looking hipster outfit" and nothing important to say. Man I f***ing hate that!

Music changes along with the times we are living, and what we listen today is just an example of the life new generations decided to live. Nothing really important... "Naive" is the word they use for referring to the music they like. God, I have listened to them saying it.

May the Gods of good music save Foo Fighters, Muse and every authentic band in this era of darkness!!! XD

The only Music that actually makes me angry is Boy George, Barney the Dinosaur, and freecreditreport.com commercials.

I dunno, the freecreditreport.com commercial where they're singing in that resturant is kinda catchy. Also note, the guy is playing a Tele.

dbrodie said it well.

"Music" with evil or mean or obscene lyrics does not so much tick off as make this picker sad.

Sad the "artist" had to say it. Sad the "music" was ever produced. Sad the production is getting an audience. Sad for the audience who 'seek" that sort of "message."

This is well said, I'm sad that so much of today's music is even produced and sad that it has an audience.....! I.E. rap, gangsta rap, etc.

That's the problem, it's catchy, about 30 secs long, and sticks in your head like a good commercial jingle should. So when you're watching a couple hours of TV and they play it a couple times an hour for at least a year now, the jingle has been internalized by every practicing musician in America. I've heard that dork sing that idiotic jingle more than I've heard the intro to Layla, and I'm not taking it well at all.

And Yes, I noticed the bitchen Telecoustic he plays, which just adds to the anger factor. I know that guitar is sitting in some Prop Department closet, not my music room!

Those boy bands that emerged in Britain during the 80's and 90's irritate me, they don't even play anything.....just sing.....and get a real band to back them up......

I agree, although I have to add, I'm also confused by it. What are they thinking?
