Mr. Shakespeare's influence is still with us and in this world at this time, perhaps more than ever before, people of all ages are thankful for his literary contributions.

I read through all the sonnets when I was an emotional teenager. He could really write.
My favorite play would have to be Macbeth. I like the monologue when he hears of the death of lady Macbeth as he is about to face his own mortality, besieged by his enemies.

"She should have died hereafter. There would have been a time for such a word. Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, Creeps in this petty pace from day to day To the last syllable of recorded time, And all our yesterdays have lighted fools The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle! Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player That struts and frets his hour upon the stage And then is heard no more.
